On the sustainability front\, Adam is leading the process of transfor ming Daniels into one of Toronto&rsquo\;s leading low carbon developers. T his work includes the re-engineering of building designs to utilize all el ectric heating\, cooling and hot water systems and piloting high performan ce envelopes such as Passive House\, all while reducing the embodied carbo n emissions released from the construction process. \;
