In 2021, FRPO partnered with Renée Charles to present a series focused on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. We are proud to continue the conversation with a follow up session taking place on July 13th. The face of the world we live and work in is changing; and staying in step with these changes is of paramount importance to the communities we serve, our industry and society as a whole. As rental housing providers, we play an important role in providing safe, secure and equitable housing to people of all backgrounds.
What does it mean to be inclusive? On the surface, we understand the importance of inclusion, but what steps can we take and what behaviors can we demonstrate so we are successful in achieving this goal? Please join us at the Inclusion Starts with I webinar where we will explore the bias traps we sometimes step into that get in the way of inclusion, and practical strategies for intentionally creating inclusive experiences for others.
This session will be facilitated by Renée Charles and is ideal for any professional working in rental housing. We encourage you and your team to join us for this important event.
