The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) is hosting a national webinar introducing the Housing Design Catalogue, a complimentary resource featuring professionally developed, near permit-ready designs and technical packages for small-scale infill housing.
Discover how the catalogue can support more efficient project planning, design, and construction, with designs for accessory dwelling units, rowhouses, townhouses, fourplexes, and sixplexes. The session will also explore gentle density, the benefits of pre-reviewed designs, and opportunities to repeat and scale construction across regions, followed by a Q&A.
