In her role, she leads the global Energy and ESG line of business for Brightly, including thought leadership and product vision. With consulting and research experience across North America and Europe, Aislinn is a recognized thought-leader in ESG and sustainability. Prior to joining Brightly, she was with EPL (acquired by Brightly in early 2022) where she opened the company’s Vancouver office, was responsible for the Western Canada operations and led the company’s client service and product delivery as part of the leadership team.
Adam Molson

Adam has grown with The Daniels Corporation since 2008, taking on a variety of roles prior to becoming Vice President, Rental Communities and Sustainability. Adam leads the Daniels Gateway Rental Communities division in the creation and management of purpose built communities that allow residents to love where they live. On the sustainability front, Adam is leading the process of transforming Daniels into one of Toronto’s leading low carbon developers. This work includes the re-engineering of building designs to utilize all electric heating, cooling and hot water systems and piloting high performance envelopes such as Passive House, all while reducing the embodied carbon emissions released from the construction process.

Ryan works as a Energy & Sustainability Analyst at QuadReal Property Group, and from acquisition through to building operations, he incorporates sustainability practices that can enhance prudent growth and sustainable returns in the portfolios owned by the group. Ryan supports QuadReal’s energy and carbon management programs, assisting properties with energy efficiency and carbon reduction project planning.
